Numedal Kro

Antoine and Guro startet opp Numedal Kro 4 years ago with a goal of serving good homemade food with good quality ingredients.

We meet in France and try to bring some French kitchen culture to Rollag .

We make good pizza, this year we will also try to have some breakfast: waffles with homemade jam, and Økologisk rømmegrøt.

Location will be in haven beside the bar like last year. Opening hours will be for the morning to night.

We provide vegan and vegetarian pizza. We also have gluten free, lactose free options.

We try to have as local ingredients as we can. The minced meat is moose from our farmteam. The vegetables are also from the region.

Breakfast we will serve waffles and rømmegrøt. We will also have glutenfri waffles
