B4 Krissa Ludvigsen Krissa Ludvigsen is an international yoga teacher known for establishing the Dharma Yoga community in Oslo as well as hosting sold out women´s circles and ceremonies in town. Born in San Francisco (USA), Krissa has a Filipina mother and Scottish father; has lived in Manila, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, St Lucia, Vancouver and Norway; as well as travelled to thirty different countries. The teacher she is today is a reflection of the places she has been, the many lives she has lived, and the teachers she has had (both on and off the mat). Choreographed like a journey, her classes are balanced, graceful, challenging, cathartic and fun! Come for the music, come for the vibes!
