Your local comfort food pusher and vegetable hustler is back. We do pop-ups, event kitchens, and fire-driven catering. Literally—we cook with smoke and flames.

Expect hearty food made from Norwegian ingredients (the more local, the better). Our focus is on quality meat, hearty greens, flavor, and good vibes.
