Marius began his journey into the body through strength training at a young age and then he found up crossfit as an adult. There he discovered that he was stiff as a stick and decided to try to combine it with yoga. There he saw the connection between being both strong and soft, and quickly became hooked on Ashtanga, which eventually took over for crossfit.
Through further studies of yin yoga and more meditative practices, Marius now focuses on holding introductory yoga courses. Yoga does not have to be as strange and difficult as it may seem, but be a good tool in everyday life to find more presence, calmness and contact with your own body and mind.
Marius believes in how simple measures can make us better acquainted with our own nervous system, and how we can regulate ourselves in our often busy everyday life.
