AMA movement, also known as Amadou started his movement journey at a young age, doing many different sports and martial arts, culminating in a strong desire to master the body and push limits through acrobatics and strength training. After an untold number of injuries and setbacks, he found the practice of yoga and spent 6 months in Nepal training to become a yoga teacher.
His philosophy is based on how to heal deep traumas and realign the body, how to continue to grow and care for yourself while staying true to the pursuit of your highest potential in terms of strength, balance and mobility; enabling a life where you can play and express yourself through all kinds of movement for as long as possible! With more than 15 years of experience from acrobatics, yoga, and martial arts, Amadou is looking forward to share his knowledge with as many as possible to inspire joy and motivation towards the process of transformation into your highest potential in terms of your body’s ability to express your heart through movement.
