PARKING HOSTS - The First Hello

The journey to the festival starts with a long drive but the moment they reach you, the festival begins. As a Parking Host, you aren't just managing cars; you’re the very first smile a traveler sees. You are the conductor of the arrival, turning the logistical puzzle of parking into a smooth, stress-free entrance.

Your mission? Ease.

  • GUEST EXPERIENCE: Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance to all arriving and departing guests.
  • TRAFFIC FLOW: Direct vehicles to available spaces efficiently.
  • GUARD: Make sure everybody follows the parking restrictions and requirements.
  • COMMUNICATE: Promptly report any incidents, safety concerns, or major bottlenecks.

Commitment: 2 x 6-hour shifts during the festival

CAMP HOSTS

As a camp host, you’ll be our natural source of safety and support for the campers. From the first tent pitched to the final morning in the forest, you ensure the camping area remains a cozy, secure, and organised home for everyone.

Your mission? Presence.

  • ORGANISE: Prepare the camp area to be a welcoming home before the first guests arrive.
  • GUIDE: Help guests settle into their designated parcels and ensure everyone has the space they need.
  • SUPPORT: Be the friendly face who answers guest questions.
  • SAFETY: Maintain the harmony of the camp by ensuring fire roads always remain clear.

Commitment: 2 x 6-hour shifts during the festival

FESTIVAL AREA HOSTS

The festival is a living and breathing organism. You are the one who keep its pulse steady. From the main stage to the hidden corners of Haven, our Area Stewards ensure that the magic never breaks. You aren't just maintaining a space. You are cultivating a home where everyone feels cared for.

Your mission?

  • DANCE & CLEAN: Roam the dancefloors to pick up litter (dancing encouraged!).
  • MANAGE THE FLOW: Empty trash bins into the main containers.
  • MAINTAIN THE FRESHNESS: Refresh toilets with sawdust and paper; tidy the sinks.
  • HYDRATE YOUR FELLOW DANCERS: Monitor and clean the water stations.

Commitment: 2 x 6-hour shifts during the festival

FESTIVAL SETUP - The Foundation Builders

Before the gates open, there is only you and the forest. As part of the Rigging Team, you are the architects of our physical world. You’ll be on-site early, turning an empty forest into a living space where everybody will soon dance, eat, and rest. This is the most rewarding experience. You’ll see the festival rise because of your strength. And then you are off the celebrate the magic you helped create.

Your tasks?

THE STRAGE & SPACE: Help set up the skeleton of the Main Stage and the Haven area.

  • THE INFRASTRUCTURE: Build the bones of the festival—assembling the bar, setting up fences, and organizing the eating areas.
  • THE ESSENTIALS: Place the waste bins, set up the toilets, and ensure the basic flow of the site is ready for the crowd.
  • THE HEAVY LIFT: This is physical, rewarding work. You’ll be moving materials and using your hands to bring the vision to life.

Commitment: 3 x 8-hour shifts BEFORE the festival

FESTIVAL TEAR DOWN– The Gentle Departure

The music has faded, and the forest is ready to rest. As part of the Farewell Crew, you are the ones who ensure we leave no trace, honoring the Earth that hosted our magic. It’s so much rewarding. It’s the end. You’ll feel like you have reached the end of the world and get to integrate all that you witness in the last few days.

Your mission is your presence.

  • THE SOFT LANDING: Help dismantle the structures - taking down fences, clearing the eating areas, and packing away the bars.
  • THE FINAL SWEEP: Ensure the dancefloors and campsites are returned to their natural state, leaving the forest as beautiful as we found it.
  • THE ESSENTIAL PACK-DOWN: toilets, fences and gear for their journey home.

Commitment: 2 x 8-hour shifts on Monday and Tuesday AFTER the festival.

MAIN BAR – The Refreshment Crew

In the heat of the dance and the glow of the stage, the bar is where our community comes to catch their breath. As a bartender, you are a keeper of the wellspring. You offer more than just a drink. You offer a gentle pause and a welcoming smile that says, "Take your time and catch your breath, then get back to the stage."

Your mission:

  • WELCOME: Greet every guest with a smile and take their orders with a calm, friendly presence.
  • POUR: Keep the cold drinks flowing, from our regular beers to our full range of refreshments.
  • DELIEVER: Ensure every order gets into the right hands quickly and smoothly.
  • FLOW: Help with restocking and keeping the bar area tidy, so the space stays inviting all day long.

WINE BAR- Setup

Before the first bottle is opened, there is the quiet magic of creating a place to land. You’ll be the one to build the vibiest space to unwind, share a laugh, meet a friend and all the good things that happen at a festival. It’s that soft corner of the woods where the air feels lighter and the stories flow a little easier.

Your mission:

  • BUILD: Assemble the physical heart of the bar
  • INSPIRE: Arrange the cushions, low lights, and details that make the space feel like welcoming.
  • FLOW: Set up the "cellar" and organize supplies so the flow stays as easy as the conversation.

Commitment: 3 x 8-hour shifts BEFORE the festival

MERCH - Live or Setup

There is a special kind of magic in the "material memory". The soft wool that keeps the night chill away or the jewelry that completes a festival soul. You are the lively heart of our shop, helping our community find that one piece they’ve been waiting to wear with love.

Your mission:

  • GUIDE: Be a helpful bee! Help guests find their piece, from the warm wool socks to the sweatshirts that mark them as part of our community.
  • CURATE: Keep the space beautiful - folding, hanging, and arranging all pieces so every item can shines.
  • BUZZ: Keep the shop buzzing with good energy, ensuring every guest feels seen and every treasure is easy to find.
  • SHARE: Handle the sales with a smile and a steady hand, sending a piece of our world back out into theirs.

The festival is a vast world to explore, and you are the one who helps our community navigate it with ease. As an info host, you are the welcoming face, the source of calm, and the person who knows exactly where the magic (and the showers) can be found.

  • THE MAP: Share the secrets of the site: from the timing of the next set to the quickest path to the tasteful plate.

TICKET DESK - The Gateway

The long drive is over, the dust is settling, and the forest is finally in sight. You’re the one who turns a digital ticket into a physical wristband.

Your mission:

  • THE HANDSHAKE: Welcome every soul with a smile, exchanging their tickets for the wristbands that mark them as part of our world.
  • THE INCLUSION: Carefully handle the access for our vendors and volunteers, making sure the people who build the festival feel seen and ready.
  • THE INVITATION: Help those arriving at the last minute to find their way in, making the process of joining us feel effortless and kind.
  • THE FIRST IMPRESSION: Set the tone for the entire weekend with a smile that says, “You’ve made it. You’re home.”

SAFETY- The Protectors

HEALTH & SAFETY- Day Protectors

Every beautiful moment in the forest rests on a foundation of safety. You are the silent keepers of the peace. The one who ensures the fire stays warm but contained and the paths stay clear for the dance. This is the most vital gift you can give: a festival where everyone feels held and secure.

Your mission:

  • THE FIRE WATCH: Tending to the spirit of the bonfire, ensuring the flames are respected and the starlight is shared safely.
  • THE FLOW: Guiding the coming and going at the gates, roads and stages.
  • THE PRESENCE: Being a calm, watchful eye, making sure our spaces and stages remain safe.
  • THE CARE: Helping with simple checks and boundaries that protect the magic for everyone.

Commitment: 2 x 6-hour shifts during the festival OR 8 x 1-hour shifts during the festival.


NIGHT WATCH TEAM

When the music softens and the forest settles into its deepest rhythm, The Night Watch begins. This is a role for the night owls and the quiet observers. The one who keeps the embers glowing and the paths safe while the rest of the world dreams. You are the guardian of the festival’s most intimate hours.

Your mission:

  • THE GLOW: Keep the fire warmth alive for the late-night storytellers and down when everybody is asleep.
  • THE WALK: Moving through the starlight with a gentle presence, ensuring the campsites remain a peaceful space.
  • THE WAY: Being a helpful face at the gates and stages as the night winds down, guiding the last wanderers home.
  • THE CALM: Holding the space with kindness, making sure the forest stays safe and unbroken until the first light.

Commitment: ONLY 1 shift of 6 hours during the festival. Late night or early morning.

VOLUNTEER CARE- THE HEART

For the empathetic souls who want to look after the hard-working crew.


VOLUNTEER KITCHEN

[LIVE or SETUP]

While the festival dances out in the forest, you welcome our team to soften, breathe, refuel, and find their strength. You are the hands that brew the morning’s first coffee and the smile that greets a tired volunteer coming off shift. You the one who creates the home within the home.

Your mission:

  • THE MORNING RITUAL: Waking up the woods with the scent of fresh coffee, tea, and a hearty breakfast for the early risers.
  • THE NOURISHMENT: Serving the midday and evening meals, making sure every plate is full and every volunteer feels fueled for the fun.
  • THE FIRE: Tending the private bonfire in the volunteer camp.
  • THE SPACE: Keeping our space tidy, inviting, and stocked with fresh fruit, so it always feels like a place to truly rest

Commitment: 2 x 6-hour shifts during the festival or 3 x 8-hour shifts BEFORE the festival

CREW DRIVERS

As a Crew Driver, you’ll be the moving heartbeat of our festival, safely transporting team members day and night! You will be a vital part of the Crew Support team, helping to create a smooth, comfortable, and caring experience for everyone involved.

Commitment & Shift Structure: We are looking for a total of 10 reliable drivers to operate one dedicated crew car continuously from Thursday to Sunday.

  • Day Shifts: 2 drivers will take on 2 day shifts each (17:00 - 23:00).
  • Night/Morning Shifts: The remaining 8 drivers will take 1 shift each (choosing either 23:00 - 05:00 or 05:00 - 11:00).

CURATION- The Vibe

For the artistic spirits who want to shape the flow of the magic.

ARTIST DRIVERS- The caretakers on the road

The mystical Norwegian forest is calling, and we need kind souls to answer. You’d be the first face our artist will see.

Your mission?

  • WELCOME OUR WIZARDS- Safely escorting artists to and from the festival (1–2 hour trips). Your calm energy and professional welcome set the tone for their entire stay. A warm presence and a friendly smile are all it takes.

Commitment: 2 x 6-hour shifts during or 3 x 8-hour shifts BEFORE the festival.
